    I’m Ole:
    Born in the coastal town of Kiel, northern Germany — a “Natural Born Kieler,” as they say.
    Over the past 25 years, I’ve had many adventures working in TV and film, including 12 years as a first assistant director on popular german comedies like “Stromberg” and “Tatortreiniger,” as well as crime shows like “Tatort.”
    I also assisted international directors on commercials in the US and Europe, with my last role as AD being Ed Sheeran’s “Perfect” music video. I’ve won awards for short films and commercials, focusing on real life and a touch of humor.
    Working with actors, striving to create a supportive, optimistic, and trust-based environment on set makes me truly happy.
    Blending different formats, solving problems under time pressure, and keeping things creative is important to me. A good vibe and strong collaboration are key.
